Thank you for a really comfortable stay. It is a great value and good standard property located in Cran-Gevrier district close to public transport and walk, and 10ish minute, 20 or so euro taxi. The employees are all superbly friendly and amazingly nice.

The location here is great, being close to the highway, restaurant, and train station; the staff is very friendly and always smiling.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a good area, just next door to other attractions and the train station and the town centre. The room was clean and cozy with very comfortable bed, had a good night's sleep. And the facilities were clean.

The hotel was easily accessible by public transport, however, the lower price was redundant as we had to pay for a taxi to get anywhere close to the centre. the bed was comfortable and clean, but the room lacked basic amenities such as a table or luggage support. the shower and bathroom were acceptable, but the musty smell in the hallways was unpleasant. the staff was kind, but unable to provide adequate service or a bar for breakfast.

The overall structure of the hotel was a disaster, with ongoing renovations and shabby accommodations.
